This online survey was originally designed at the request of the Richmond SPCA to automate their Meet Your Match® adopter survey developed by the ASPCA®. It’s designed to mirror the survey forms that help match animals to owners. It’s meant to provide the best possible animal adoption experience – and it works.

MYMAdopterSurvey.com is an independently owned survey built upon the work done for the Richmond SPCA. We are not associated with any specific animal shelter organization. We are supported by volunteers, sponsors, donations and the advertisements you see on this site.
